Monday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

This week we are going to get you to organise a charity collection or some sort of fund raising event, tell everyone you know what you're planning in the hope that you can get a few more people interested.

Borrow or start making some sort of fancy dress costume to wear for the event. The benefit here being that if you a bit shy you can perhaps wear a mask, then perhaps later during the collection when your a bit more relaxed you could maybe remove the mask.

Think about looking in the yellow pages for you nearest fancy dress shop, explain what you're planning and ask them if you could borrow a costume for the day.

Start making the arragnments to have the kids looked after for one day this week, or if they're old enough, why not get them involved and ask them help.

Thursday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in you diary

Plan as to how you are going to travel to and from the event.

The point of wearing the costume is that it's fun, and when taking part in such an event it pays to stand out in the crowd. You may not be comfortable with the idea now, but when you're doing it, you will experience the joy for yourself, trust me.

This will boost your confidence loads, hay; if you can do this dressed in a ridiculous costume. Imagine how easy it's going to be, to do what ever else you want to do as yourself.
