Monday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

If you have not joined a club, course or activity you must make every effort to do it this week. If your chosen activity does not start for sometime, we suggest that in meantime you find something else. Take a look at the voluntary work page and see what's available in your area. Remember that the point here is to get you out of the house and back into a group environment.
Tuesday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in you diary
· Arrange a dinner party for Friday
· Arrange a child minder for Thursday

Today you should read your thoughts as written by you in week one, then think about any changes in yourself or the family. Then write them in your diary.
The point here is to judge for yourself any progress made towards a better quality of life. Arrange for someone to take care of the kids for a few hours for Thursday.
Wednesday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

If you have not yet arranged a dinner party or invited friends round for a few drinks, we suggest you bite the bullet and do it for Friday, or for something different maybe arrange an "Ann Summers" party, or visit a night club. If none of these suggestions appeal to you, at least make arrangements to go to the pictures, or invite a friend round for a drink, then maybe pop down the local pub for a drink.
Thursday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Today we want you to make a clipboard and get yourself out to the nearest town to do a fake survey. The point here is to get yourself to approach strangers in the street and simply ask them a few questions, and maybe even flirt a little bit. We suggest you take a friend along just for the fun of it.(You're sure to have a great day :-)

Friday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Make all the necessary preparations for the evening's event. Put some music on, have a long hot soak in the tub, give yourself a makeover and dress yourself up, then wait for your guests to arrive, or get yourself prepared to go out for the evening.

Saturday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Take the day off, relax and spend some time with the kids.
