Monday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Today and tomorrow we would like you to spring clean the house.
The point here is to chuck out the old to make way for the new.
Tuesday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in you diary

Today is the first day of the rest of your new life, so if you haven't already done so throw open the cupboard doors and clear out the clutter from old, to make way for the new a uncluttered, organized person that you are becoming.
Wednesday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Write another letter never to be sent, there is an important point to this task so we ask that this letter never to be sent, is for your ex-partner, then you will perhaps see why we ask you to do this. Then arrange something for Friday, perhaps a dinner party or invite a few friends round for a drink, maybe suggest that they bring a bottle, or arrange a girl's night out. If you don't like the idea of having too many people around, just invite one or two friends. Do whatever you're comfortable with but try to do something that involves "mingling".
Thursday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Today we want you to take another bus ride and maybe buy yourself something nice again. Even if you have a car we still think it's a good idea to go on the bus. The point here is to extend what we shall call your "Safe Boundaries"

Friday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Make all the necessary preparations for the evening's event. Put some music on, have a long hot soak in the tub, give yourself a makeover and dress yourself up, then wait for your guests to arrive, or get yourself prepared to go out for the evening.

Saturday:
Take the day off, relax and spend some time with the kids.
