Monday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Today we would like you to write a letter never to be sent, to whom ever you choose.
The point here is to say what you want to say without actually saying it, this gives you the opportunity to see whats hidden in the dark corners of your mind, and it makes extremely interesting reading, for your eyes only.
Tuesday:
· Go for a walk
· Get a bus Timetable

Getting out for a daily walk has hopefully made realise, that is actually quite nice in the great outdoors. Today we want you to get a bus time table, and for tomorrow's task think about going on a little outing, it doesn't have to be very far or take very long. You could even take the bus there, have a cuppa tea, then return on the next available bus home.

Wednesday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

Today we want you to take a bus ride and maybe buy yourself something nice to wear, maybe check out the charity shops and buy something from yesteryear to wear as a bit of fun. Then wrap it up and put it away till Friday. Even if you have a car we still think its a good idea to go on the bus. The point here is to extend what we
shall call your "safe boundaries"
Thursday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

If you feel that the task set for Wednesday is to much to soon and it brings about a high level of anxiety (see links below) Also make an appointment to see your doctor or local GP. Anxiety management courses are available, also ask about "Propranolol" which can be prescribed to reduce anxiety levels and stop panic attacks. Then do Wednesdays task, but don't stop taking part because we really can help you overcome this anxiety.
Note; When you make the appointment mention that it's urgent.

Friday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary
;
Put some music on, have a long hot soak in the tub, give yourself a makeover and dress yourself up, turn the music up and experience the feel good factor. The point here is to remind you what the Friday night feeling was like, maybe even get you into the, get out and about and party mood. If you can make the arrangements, why not call up a friend to come round or even go out for a drink.

Saturday:
Plan a weekend visit to the park with the kids, perhaps take a picnic and ask your kids to invite a few friends, maybe ask their friends parents to come along, and if its raining why not have a tea party at home instead.
The point here is to try and meet as many friends as you can.
