Monday:
· Read the survival Guide
· Read return to work page

We ask that you get out the house at least once a day, even if it's only to the shop and back, also spark up small talk conversation with whom ever you meet, and greet everyone with a smile. Buy yourself a book and start keeping a diary. If you have any questions or need support in any way please use the "Contact Me" link, or e-mail: support@lone-parents.org.uk
Tuesday:
· Go for a walk
· Read solo voyage page

Get out your diary and write down how you are feeling and your thoughts about why you are taking part in this program.
Wednesday:
· Go for a walk;
· Write in your diary;

· Take a look at Voluntary work link

Visit the local library and ask where the nearest Adult Learning Centre is, and check out what's on offer, perhaps see if you can find a club, course or organisation that you can actively take part in. Consider a group activity at the local community or sports centre, it could be anything from line dancing to flower arranging. Take a look at the voluntary work page and see what's available in your area, or maybe contact your child's school and ask about becoming a teacher's assistant.
The point here is to get you out of the house and back into a group environment.
Thursday:
· Go for a walk;
· Write in your diary;

· Take a look at friends reunited

If you feel that the task set for Wednesday is too much too soon and you are worried about an uncomfortable anxiety level, we ask you make an appointment to see your Doctor or local GP. Anxiety management courses are available, (see links below) also ask your doctor about "Propranolol" which can be prescribed to reduce anxiety levels and stop panic attacks. This prescription belongs to the Beater Blocker family and in no way affects your mind, it simply slows down your adrenaline enough for you to realise that there's nothing to worry about. Then do Wednesdays' task, but don't stop taking part because we really can help you overcome this anxiety.

Friday:
· Go for a walk
· Write in your diary

If you know of any other parents who might benefit from this program, why not ask if they would like to take part, perhaps you could then do the tasks together, and even set up a baby sitting circle.

Saturday:
Plan a weekend visit to the park with the kids, perhaps take a picnic and ask your kids to invite a few friends, and if its raining why not have a tea party at home instead.
The point here being that making the kids happy will make you happy,
